Care Improvement Plus, a part of United Healthcare, offers a very unique set of services for Medicare beneficiaries. They specialize in a Medicare Advantage Special Needs plan, including services for those with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and heart failure, as well as other serious conditions.

Care Improvement Plus makes it easy. You can mail your monthly premium to whichever appropriate address you need to, based upon state. You can also have your premium deducted from either a checking or savings account monthly.
