Familiar With Medicare Advantage Plan Coverage?

July 13th, 2011

If you have Original Medicare, you’re probably familiar with Part A and Part B coverage. You may have added a Part D Prescription Drug Plan, too. Did you know you can often get all three with a single Medicare Advantage Plan?

These plans are known as Part C because they offer an alternative to Original Medicare that combines Medicare’s Part A, B and D benefits. Medicare Advantage Plans or MA Plans cover the same health care as Original Medicare, but they frequently add extra benefits.

Some plans help with dental care, eyeglasses or hearing aids. Despite the extra coverage, MA Plans typically have low premiums. You may even be able to find MA Plans that would cost you nothing beyond your Part B premiums.

MA Plans are not available in all areas and they do have some restrictions. We can help you research all of this and there’s no charge for our assistance.  You can learn more about Medicare Advantage Plans here with our website educational resources and you can call us for a free confidential consultation.  We’ll show you the plans available for your area, discuss their benefits and find the low-cost options by looking at options from different insurance companies.  We also invite you to join us for a live Question and Answer Telephone Seminar.  You can sign up for free right here at our site.
