In over 500 counties, CIGNA is offering products with $0 premium (yes, no premium = free coverage) and low co-payments for most required medical services.
CIGNA also offers optional dental and vision coverage, as well as the convenience of online enrollment. Their Medicare Advantage plans come with maximum annual out of pocket limits as low as $2000, hospital stays with co-payments as low as $30 a day, as well as $30 co-payments for outpatient surgeries.
