Leslie Jablonski Hi, I’m Leslie Jablonski and I want to personally welcome you to MediGap Advisors. The secret is to compare what different insurance companies are charging because although Medigap Plan benefits are standardized, insurance companies can charge vastly different rates for the same basic coverage. Putting “Health” Back Into Healthcare Besides teaching people how to get the best value in the plans that complete Medicare, I love being able to teach people how to take better care of themselves. One of the reasons that I enjoy my work with MediGap Advisors is that I get to contribute to helping people protect their health. Another reason I am very happy in my role as a Personal Advisor is that I can work from home. That allows me to contribute environmentally by taking another car off the road and in California, that’s a big deal. I am licensed in several states, so I can help you right here from my home at the beach in Southern California. When I am not helping my clients plug all the holes in Medicare, I am usually out playing or training for beach volleyball. I compete in several tournaments a year. I'm not quite as good as my friend Kerry, who’s pictured here with me (you might recognize her from the Beijing Olympics).
My goal this year is to get my “A rating,” which means I have to actually win or place in a local amateur tournament. So wish me luck, and if you have any tips, feel free to share them with me! Over the years, I've learned a lot about how important it is to give back and share with others. One of the ways I do that is by mentoring young ladies with alcohol and drug issues and by sponsoring children through the Compassion International organization. It is so heartwarming to get letters from these kids around the world hearing how grateful they are for their meager surroundings, and that they are praying for ME. Very humbling indeed.
